Specialized Therapy for Meaningful, Lasting Change

I provide specialized, evidence-based therapy for adults with OCD, anxiety-related concerns, and eating disorders, including ARFID. My work is grounded in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a behavioral approach that focuses not just on understanding your symptoms, but on changing the patterns that keep them going.

I especially love working with people who have tried therapy before and walked away feeling like they gained insight, but their day-to-day life didn’t actually feel much different. You may understand exactly why you’re anxious, where your eating disorder came from, or why a fear isn’t completely rational, and still find yourself stuck in the same cycle.

For concerns driven by fear, avoidance, compulsions, and rigid patterns, insight alone often isn’t enough. That’s why our work will go beyond talking about what’s happening. We’ll actively practice approaching the things your brain has learned to fear, responding differently to uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, and reducing the behaviors that may bring relief in the moment but keep you stuck over time.

Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and intentional. You’ll always understand what we’re working on and why, and together we’ll build the skills and confidence to help you spend less of your life managing symptoms and more of it actually living.

Connect with Me Today!

Finding the right therapist—and the right kind of treatment—can make all the difference. If you’re curious about working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can briefly talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and whether my approach might be a good fit.

There’s no pressure or commitment. It’s simply a chance to ask questions, learn a little more about what treatment with me looks like, and decide whether you’d like to take the next step.
